Emerald Card - H&R Block App Reviews

This is have (and I mean this completely) is horrible. Fix everything!

I dont do reviews very often, but absolutely HAD to, in this case. Ive had some iffy apps but this is the worst crap Ive ever downloaded. I tried to make an account and then put in my security answer and immediately after, it kicked me off due to a "communication error with the server". Ok, tried to log back in, asked for my security answer, put it in exact, and it said "your security answer is not recognized". Tried one more time....."Your account is locked due to incorrect login". Wth?!? Emerald, next year I will be just getting my check deposited into my checking account. I dont care if it does take a few extra days.

I wish I could give this card, app, company NO STARTS!!!! I filed my taxes and had my funds direct deposited into this stupid emerald card. Worst decision I ever made! If you get this card you have to watch your balance like a hawk! They charge ridiculous fees! I have been overcharged several times and contacting customer service is so frustrating! I have probably paid $500 in fees alone with thus card! BUYER BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!

I am not able to get the app to let me log in. I have tried calling customer support to no avail, and have tried to get suppor online, and nothing is happening. I have a check I need to get into my account, but cannot do so unless I open an account at another bank to cash said check first. Rediculous!

I have an iPod touch 5 and I have tried everything but still cant get it to log in! I loved this app it was so concur that to keep a check on my balance! If it gets fixed I will give 5 stars

Tried to login in & its not letting me & its giving me a balance of 56 cents! When I clearly had more money a few hours ago & havent used my card since, what is going on?

I love the app and the card its self but I havent been able to use the check to card option for some time now which is making me not wanna use the app anymore

Please fix the check to card!!!!
