Emerald Card - H&R Block App Reviews

I would have gave it a five star review, but now I cant use it because my phone is old, and in perfect working condition I really dont have a desire to buy a new phone just for apps. So thanks a lot

Once the new update came out today, the app stopped working. It gives me a login error message. Now fix it please.

I updated to current version. Now I cant login

I Just updated my app and Now it wont let me sign in it Just says an erotic acured and the card cant use it at the pump at gass staions and it isent compatable with apple pay

The app worked very well before the update, now I cant access my account. Please fix it.

Check to card does not work after the new update.

Every time I open the app there is this flickering white ad like box at the bottom. You try to enter any text and it closes the keyboard. Please fix.

I love this app! Its the only way I cash my checks but now I cant access my account at all!!! Hurry please!!!

Im stuck with submitting the "VOID" photo for depositing my check. Ive tried 5 times already to complete the deposit. Anyway to make the process more fluent? Like it was?

This card is fair, sometimes ATM fees are more than expected also it would be a plus to be able to use this card at the pump.

Login error, check to card multiple errors force close and causing me to restart my phone factory. The application does not want to let you use it freezes when it chooses says error.

Is there anyway you can remove your stupid app. Check by phone quit working over a year ago.

App keeps freezing and sending me back to the sign in screen.

This is one of the most difficult apps to use because it keeps logging me out for no reason! When I try to log into my account it says, due to inactivity you were logged out and shuts the app off! This continues to happen over and over again! The development of this app is horrendously done! There needs to be some maintenance performed as soon as possible!!!

The app wont let me log in; I even tried deleting it and reinstalling it. Please fix it. The error I get is communication error.

Its nice to have the option to check my bank but when it only allows me in 1 out of every 10 times to log in, it becomes far less helpful. Might want to work on that.

The fact that it logs me out after 2 minutes due to inactivity also if you are trying to do anything with your account and come back to the main menu you are logged out I dont think that it even considers if you leave to check something how are being told that your being inactive when its on my account and I havent even left the app

So buggy.. Fix the app geesh..

Before the update I could login but not every time I try to login it says error please try again and I kept doing it and getting same message and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still not working please fix it now
