This app is honestly useless if I cant even log into my own account. The mobile website isnt any help either

Have been using this app for about 3 years or so and have never had problems with it until this past update. Now the check to card doesnt work constantly telling me it cant read the bottom numbers of my check no matter how close or far I take the picture. Super frustrating!!

The only way to check the balance on the card is to download an app that absolutely doesnt work. I cant even login! Please fix!

The app never works. Then when I tried to write a review on how it never works it wouldnt post it! I am writing my second review due to that. It has major issues on logging on to it. 90% of the time it says error. Its a shame when it does work its great!

This app is nothing but error after error, its totally unusable what a joke.

I thought it was my connection or password but I can sign in just fine on the actual website. App is completely broken. Please fix.

Downloaded so I could see my balance.. And make online payments.. So far its worked fine.

My money is missing. Transferred money to my card from my other card and the money is nowhere to be found. So whatever. Ill be canceling soon.

Why does Block continue to make changes changing log ins? I see the other complaints and yet they make more. I would like more control over whether I want to change my log in or not. Now I cant even access my account.

Ive downloaded this app multiple times and it wont let me log in. The username and password are correct but it keeps telling me an error has occurred. This app worked so great last year. What happened.

Wont let me log in on my iPod touch 5. Please fix for better rating.

So it turns out, besides the crazy ATM fees they charge you after a week of the original transaction, there is something more annoying about this card, turns out you cant leave money in it for long periods of time or they will charge you for inactivity!!! COMPLETE BOGUS, had 27 bucks left and it was taken down to the last penny for INACTIVITY lol. So crazy its unreal

Just keeps loading for hours after I enter my card information. Also, the app has no features. I cant even change my password. If I need to do anything, it links this buggy website thats hard to navigate.

I only downloaded this app to deposit funds to my account. So far the app has been nothing but problematic! Server down error constantly & when the server isnt down it still cant load properly! Right now, its pretty useless. Could be better if they took the time needed to fix it & read complaints!

This app worked well last year. This year Ive tried to log in several times and just gives me a error. It needs to be fixed bc this app was so nice to have

You know youre in for a good time when the 1st thing an iTunes app says is "Cant find variable: BiteAndroidGualLibary". Then after entering Name & password it forever tries to connect, but never does.

This app wont even load for me to check anything. I lets it sit and load for a hour the other day and nothing. I call the tech support for another issue and they told me they didnt know. It was a simple question and because of the app not working I wasnt sure what to do.
